You probably know that Sprint has always been the first one to release Palm smartphones. But who else carry the Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus? Now every major carrier in the United States has Palm Pre or Pixi except T-Mobile. In fact, TMobile never carry Palm products before and has no plans to do so in the near future. The Pre arrived on the market about a year ago and since then the WebOS family has grown to include Pixi, Pre Plus, and Pixi Plus. Not only the number of devices are growing, the numbers of carriers to increasing too. Sprint was the only carrier in 2009 and now that Palm Pre Plus and Pixi Plus are available through AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Consumers have more choices and don’t need to be locked into a single carrier. This is just the beginning. As competition heats up from Android and iPhone, expect more innovation from Palm and HP on both hardware and software!

I have to say that my decision to buy a Palm Pixi with Sprint service was each a rational and emotional one. I mean, the Palm Pixi is lovely and functional. And coupled using the provider quality of Sprint, it appears next to nothing short of a revolution inside doing. I feel that Palm and Sprint have (almost) hit it off famously. I did a whole lot of research ahead of getting the Pixi but overlooked at lowest one particular point. The Pixi does not, yet, permit me synchronize my e-mails in between it and Outlook. As far as I’m concerned, it is a drawback I am facing unless Palm comes up which includes a solution speedily. With my prior SmartPhone running a Windows OS, it was a snap to synchronize e-mails along with other information with one’s Personal computer. But Pixi’s inability to complete so is generating life a little tough for me due to the fact I’ve to Bcc just about every e-mail, I send out, to my e-mail address and then manually transfer it on the ‘sent’ folder in Outlook. I hope Palm, or at very least a third-party, will come up with a remedy extremely quickly which will easily allow me synchronize all my e-mails, and ideally all necessary info, between the Pixi and my office Personal computer.
