Samsung announced two new 30nm-class, high-density flash modules for mobile devices and memory cards. The first is a 64GB moviNAND chip that can be embedded in mobile devices. The 64GB module is already in production. The second product is a 32GB microSD card that Samsung plans to bring to market this year.
