Finally a few days ago, Nokia had announced its C series, Nokia C5. The S60v3 phone came in candy bar form factor along with 3.2 Mpx camera and a 2.2″ screen. The phone is the first of C series in core portfolio range. Nokia C5 will be shipped on Q2 2010 with the price tag of ?135 (or ?122) before taxes and subsidies.
Among the hardware features:
* Dimension: 12 x 46 x 112mm with 56cc in volume and 89.3g in weight. The body is polished with the mix of steel and plastic in casing materials.
* 2.2 inch screen; 240 x 320 pixels resolution (similar to Nokia 5630, 6700 slide)
* 3.2 Mpx camera with LED flash (EDoF system, like E52, E55); video recording at VGA resolution and 15 frames per second.
* A-GPS
* 3.5 mm AV connector, stereo FM radio (with RDS), IHF speakers
* BL-5CT (860mAh) Li-Ion battery – USB charging is supported
* Quad band GSM and dual band WCDMA (900/2100 Mhz) with HSDPA (10.2 Mbps) and HSUPA (2 Mbps).
* 50MB of internal memory, 2GB microSD card in the retail box ( for selected markets)
* two colour options: white and warm gray
