iPhone OS 4.0 already exists or not?

It?s not a secret that everything that happens on the Internet gets registered and sometimes the logs provide insight on interesting facts like, for an instance, the list of operating systems that powered the devices that opened the website BGR at the time of the visit. In the meantime they’ll be able to claim they gave you part of what they advertised, and keep at least part of your money (in actuality they’ll usually keep all of it).
